What the form stores
Your name, company, business email, business type, business profile, expected monthly volume, typical order quantity and resale description are stored in the site database for inquiry review and follow up. Do not include payment details, passwords or confidential customer artwork.
Basic measurement and abuse prevention
The site records page visits, form starts and saved inquiries, with campaign tags and advertising click identifiers when present in the page address. These events help assess the inquiry process. The site uses the existing Trident Graffix Google tag for visit and lead measurement. Google may process device, browser, page and advertising interaction information and use cookies. The form does not send your name, email, company or production details to Google. A lead event is eligible only after an inquiry is saved; refreshing the receipt does not load the conversion tag again. A daily derived network identifier is stored with inquiries to limit repeated submissions. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information to operate the service.
Use and access
Trident Graffix can access submitted inquiries through the site's authorized administration tools. Information is used to evaluate production requirements and respond to your request. Submitting this form does not sign you up for marketing emails, approve a trade account or confirm an order. Applications are not displayed publicly. Inquiry information is also submitted to Trident Graffix’s Zoho CRM for follow up and owner notification. If delivery needs review, a copy remains saved in the site database.
