Trade accounts are for businesses reselling apparel to their own customers. A large order for your own organization does not automatically qualify for trade pricing.

What order sizes do you work with?

Our shop minimum is 12 pieces. This program focuses on larger recurring runs and ongoing commercial relationships. Share your typical quantity and ordering frequency so we can review the fit.

How is turnaround confirmed?

Normal shop turnaround is 10 business days. We confirm start conditions and the accepted ship date for your specific order. Shipping transit is separate, so include both your requested ship date and required arrival date.

Can you handle customer supplied garments?

Send the garment styles, quantities and receiving plan for review. Supplied goods, shortages and replacement responsibilities must be agreed before the order is accepted.

Can you ship to our customer?

Yes. We offer nationwide shipping with neutral packaging. Confirm your sender details, packing slips and tracking recipients during setup. We do not solicit your customers.

How do you protect print quality?

You approve the artwork before printing. We perform quality checks before shipping, and we confirm job requirements with you before production.

How do we get trade pricing?

Apply for a trade account first. We review your resale business and share trade pricing after approval. Each quote depends on garments, quantity, print requirements and handling. Approval does not guarantee a fixed discount or the same price for every order.

Do we need an order ready to apply?

No. Tell us how you resell apparel and your expected volume. We reply within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Applying does not approve an account, reserve capacity or confirm an order.
